Since over 85% of homes sell through the MLS, you need the marketing exposure we provide in the MLS to sell your home. You also get the added feature of getting all offer presented directly to you, without it being filtered through a REALTOR®. Our listing service gives you the opportunity to have more right out of the gate than most real estate agents will give you, and they charge a 6% commission.

You may be thinking, why do they use REALTOR.com® so much? The answer is simple: more buyers use REALTOR.com® than any other place to search for a home. Before buyers select a REALTOR® to work with, they start by first looking on the computer at properties. If that buyer does not have a REALTOR®, you don’t have to pay anything but our low fee of $495, saving you thousands. Most major real estate web sites pull their information directly from the MLS, like REALTOR.com® does, or many pull from REALTOR.com® (Google is one example).

 

Don’t worry about Real Estate agents not wanting to show your property, as they do with most traditional For Sale By Owners. When a property is listed with us in the MLS, the buyer's REALTOR® is guaranteed to be paid. When a commission is entered into the MLS, it is a binding contract between the seller’s agent and the buyer’s agent. In the listing contract you will decide how much you will pay another REALTOR® that brings a buyer (You can offer them any non-zero amount, but we recommend anywhere between 2 to 3%. Most agents will not show homes to their customers if their commission would be less than 2%). The cost of the listing agent is virtually gone, however, because rather than pay your listing agent another 3%, you only pay a small flat fee of $495. If, however, a buyer is not working with a REALTOR®, you would pay NOTHING but our affordable flat fee.
